CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

Vejrø

Vejrø is a destination with limited capacity and carefully curated stays. To ensure the best possible planning for both guests and our team, the following terms apply.

  1. Cancellation

1.1 Individual reservations (1 room)

Short stay (1 night)

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 12:00 pm, 3 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Multiple nights in one room

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 8 days prior to arrival at 12:00 pm. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

1.2 Force majeure and unforeseen events

In the event of strikes, lockouts, fire, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Vejrø’s control, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the agreement without liability.
In cases of force majeure, stays or arrangements will be postponed to a later date when Vejrø is able to receive guests again.
No cash refunds will be issued for already purchased stays, offers, or gift cards.
Changes in legislation, taxes, or government regulations may result in necessary price adjustments.

1.3 Group bookings (2 rooms or more)

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 30 days prior to arrival at 12:00 pm.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Force majeure is handled as described in section 1.2.

1.4 Larger groups and events (4 rooms or more)

Cancellations must be made in writing. Specific terms will be stated in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation deadlines:

• 2–4 rooms: no later than 14 days prior to arrival at 12:00 pm
• 5–21 rooms: no later than 30 days prior to arrival at 12:00 pm

In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event, the client is liable for the hotel’s documented losses for services that cannot be cancelled.
A reduction in the number of participants of up to 35% must be notified in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Reductions exceeding 35% after this deadline will result in full payment for the reduced portion.
The client is responsible for full payment of the booking, even if individual participants settle separately. Any unpaid balances will be charged to the main account.
For private events (e.g. weddings, anniversaries, milestone celebrations), the organizer is responsible for any damage to buildings, inventory, or surroundings.
Force majeure is handled as described in section 1.2.

  1. Payment

2.1 Individual reservations

Payment is made upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Vejrø may require a credit card guarantee at the time of reservation.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize or charge the card in accordance with applicable rules.
In case of no-show, the card will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

2.2 Groups and events (4 rooms or more)

To confirm the reservation, Vejrø may require a deposit of 20% of the total agreed price.
For invoice payments, the payment term is 8 days net from the invoice date.
